Shipping policy

All orders enjoy free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 states of the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. overseas territories, or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days (Monday – Friday) are typically processed the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the contiguous United States, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email after your order ships.

Total Delivery Time

From the time your order is placed to the time it arrives, the total estimated time is typically 6–12 business days (1–2 business days for processing + 5–10 business days for shipping).

We offer free standard shipping only.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@jiupetio.com. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Sales Tax

Applicable state sales tax will be automatically calculated and charged at checkout based on your shipping address and the tax rates of each state.
