1. Where do you ship to?
We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (48 mainland states). We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. overseas territories.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
3. When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on business days (Monday – Friday) are usually processed the same day or the next business day.
4. What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from receipt to return items. For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
6. Are your pet beds suitable for large dogs?
Our pet beds are primarily designed for cats and small to medium-sized dogs. Please check the product specifications for size and weight recommendations.
7. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damaged item. We will provide a return label and arrange a replacement or refund.
