Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
1. Returns Due to Product Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Quality Problems)
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or has quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Please contact us with photos of the issue as proof.
- Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping fee.
2. Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind, Wrong Size/Color, etc.)
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, washed, or soiled items
- Personalized or customized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
Return Process
- Contact our customer service within 30 days.
- Provide your order number and photos (especially for product issues).
- Our team will review and provide return instructions or a prepaid label (for defective items).
- Ship the item back as instructed.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Exchange
We currently do not support exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
